This super-easy recipe is perfect for summer parties when you need a sweet treat. These Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Fruit Cups are little bite sized pieces! They are topped with delicious fruit. The kids will love them!
What you need:
- Sugar Cookie Dough
- Cream cheese
- Fruit – cut in small pieces
- Cupcake pan
How to do:
- Cut cookie dough approx. 16 small dough balls.
- Press cookie dough in bottom and about 1/3-1/2 way up the sides of each cupcake cup, forming a cup shape.
- Preheat oven to 350°. Bake about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into the cookie cups. Top with assorted fresh fruit.
