This breakfast bread bowls are so yummy. They are easy to make.
Ingredients:
- bread rolls
- eggs
- pepper (yellow or red)
- cheese (it is better if its shredded)
- salt and pepper to give them taste.
- Tomato and ham
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 200°F.
- Prepare your ingredients: chop the tomato, pepper, ham and shred the cheese.
- Cut of the top of the bread rolls and using your fingers remove the bread from inside.
- Leave some bread on the bottom to be sure that your eggs won’t start to leak when the bread rolls are in the oven.
- Start putting inside the rolls the chopped ingredients.
- Crack the eggs on top of each bread roll
- Put the cheese and the salt and pepper.
- Bake them for 20 minutes. Enjoy!!!
